I created this Dales moorland-themed oil painting as a reminder of the 'glimmers' that appear in life. When you get a little lift in your day that reminds you of lovely things that are always there if you only notice them. Whether it's a pet doing something to make you laugh, someone making you a cup of coffee or just a nice hello from a stranger, there's something nice in every day. 

As I was painting this, the title kept popping into my head, as a reminder that whatever else is happening in the world, there are always beautiful views and golden hour sunsets to make things feel right again. 

This painting is oils paints on a circular canvas, and is currently unframed. It is painted on the sides to hang as is, and measures 18inches diameter.
