This is a Yorkshire moors scene at night-time. 

I wanted to make something that had a lovely quiet feel of the stillness of night, with a big sky of clouds passing over the moon, creating a picture which feels emotive and atmospheric. If you look closely.. you'll spot the 'watcher'.. a little Owl perching on the fence, adding a little character to the piece. 

 

This painting is in oil paints on a circular canvas, and is currently unframed. It is painted on the sides to hang as is, and measures 24 inches diameter. Originals come with free (tracked and recorded) postage within the UK.
